Bio/CV: 

Kristine Lee Wilby joined the EVCP team in December 2019. Her work includes project management of a variety of EVCP committees, initiatives, and programs, Senior Management Group (SMG) searches, various human resources efforts, and representing the EVCP portfolio on a wide range of policy matters. Prior to her role, she served as an Associate Director in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at UC Berkeley and worked in that office for 12 years in various roles. Kristine earned her MA in Organization and Leadership from the University of San Francisco and her BA in Sociology from UC Irvine. 

Research interests: 
  • Project management of a variety of EVCP committees, initiatives, and programs (e.g. Instructional Planning Committee, Faculty Leadership Academy, and many others).

  • Lead staffing on Senior Management Group (SMG) searches.

  • Human resources efforts, including representing the EVCP office as the Control Unit Administrator (CUA).

  • Support leadership development for SMGs and academic leadership.

  • Support the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) group.

  • Representing the EVCP portfolio on a wide range of policy matters.

  • Serve as EVCP representative on the Compliance & Enterprise Risk Committee (CERC).

  • Serve as the EVCP representative for the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on Student Services and Fees (CACSSF).
