Academic Advancement, Recruitment, and Career Success (ARCS) is a campus-wide initiative to create sustainable change by identifying and addressing barriers and opportunities to support faculty advancement, retention, and career success and satisfaction. Stipends & Compensation for Dept Chairs and Academic Unit Leaders
A Task Force to advise the administration on revising our practices and policies as they pertain to the compensation of faculty who serve as department chairs and in similar roles (e.g., division heads within departments, vice chairs, etc.).

Transfer Student Experience
In each year of the Joint Senate-Administration Task Force on the Transfer Student Experience, a three-year task force, working groups will be created to make improvements on specific areas of the transfer experience. The task force will deliver its findings, recommendations, and the status of its work done by April 4, 2024.
