The University provides supportive or protective measures, as appropriate and reasonably available, to all students who experience discrimination or harassment on the basis of a Protected Category, as defined by the UC Anti-Discrimination Policy.
The Office for the Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination (OPHD) can assist students and employees with supportive measures, whether or not the student chooses to participate in a formal investigation or an alternative resolution. You may contact OPHD in any of the following ways:
